Beautiful 3.5" Alloy Fly Reel

This fly reel was probably made in the 1950's as the style is very much Hardy of that period with a two screw drum latch, rim controlled drag , brass foot etc, all the hallmarks of Hardy but not name, either inside or outside. Was it  freelance job, or made by the likes of J W Young? I would think the latter but the quality is excellent.

It is 3.5" diameter overall with a 3" spool 1" wide fitted with WF8S line. The photographs don't do it justice.
