This box was the property of John Goddard and still bears hid personal label, together with the lot number of the auction at which it was bought with several others, Angling Auction sale of 4th October 2008.  The provenance is available including copy of the auction catalogue and a copy of the certificate issued by Angling Auctions which was signed by Neil Freeman, the auctioneer and also John himself.

As the photographs show, the box was adapted by John and now contains over 150 flies, many tied by John's hand.  Where else can you buy a piece of angling history, and get flies at not much more than 30p each?
