Hand-bound in high grade blue Chieftain goatskin. this special edition was produced by Sandra Armishaw, River Reads for publishers, Mayer Benham. The title which appears on the spine replicates that of the first edition but bears the Mayer Benham logo. A gold sea bass has been embossed on the front board and the book is edged in antique gold. It has marbled end papers, matching head and tail bands and a silk ribbon marker and the book has been printed on 120 gsm Munken Pure paper. Chris has written a four-page introduction which appears as a facsimile letter which is accompanied by a black and white photograph taken by Sandra Armishaw when he attended at book-signing session at River Reads in September 2008.
